Cycle tested unit with customer provided load of 5 towels and assorted wash rags. Unit completed without issue preformed cycle test of unit with different wash settings ,i.e water temp, fill level, and different cycle selections. Unable to duplicate customer concern of unit not rinsing and spinning. Advised customer to monitor load volume, water level and cycle settings in future should issues persist.
