Visually inspected outlet for damage, cycled breaker and checked power at outlet, 240v. found weak breaker causing dryer not to heat. Advised customer electrician is needed. "Customer concern is that washer does not rinse and spin. Cycle tested unit empty, unit completed rinse and spin cycle without issue. Cycle tested unit with customer provided load of 5 towels and assorted wash rags. Unit completed without issue preformed cycle test of unit with different wash settings ,i.e water temp, fill level, and different cycle selections. Unable to duplicate customer concern of unit not rinsing and spinning. Advised customer to monitor load volume, water level and cycle settings in future should issues persist. "Customer concern is that dryer produces squealing noise and burning smell during operation. Preformed inspection of unit, found front left and front right rollers heavily worn, causing unit to produce noise during operation. Also found rear right roller worn and produces noise during operation. Also found seized idler pully, causing squealing noise during operation. Found smell customer speaking of is causing by restricted airflow, causing higher than optimal temperatures and causing minor scorching of lint on element housing. Needs new idler pully and rollers. Installed new idler pully and rollers. Cleaned and vacuumed inside of unit. Cleaned and calibrated moisture sensors. Cycle tested unit. Found unit produces noise still. Found debris in rear of unit producing noise. Advised customer vent hose needs to be shortened to allow sufficient air flow. Advised customer vent needs to be cleaned asap before use resumes to prevent damage to heating components. ; used 3 DC97-16782A (DRUM ROLLER), and 1 DC93-00634A (IDLER ASSEMBLY) from stock"
