Customer stated dishwasher is forming film and buildup inside dishwasher and on items washed. Advised running a citric acid based cleaning agent to remove buildup and improve wash quality. All functions checked good at time of service.

Customer stated washer failed to turn on. Prior diagnosis was performed attributingt main control.failure. Washer at time of service is working to manufactures specifications. Advised customer to continue to use washer for now. If washer fails to power on in the future main control needs to be replaced with noise filter. All functions checked good at time of service.
