"Customer concern is that oven is not maintaining temperatures. Has had main PCB and temperature sensor replaced. Bake element tests good for continuity, 19.k ohms. Temperature sensor ohms in range at 1.096k ohms. No physical signs of damage to wire harness of relay board. Confirmed operation of broil element, confirmed operation of bake element, preformed temperature checks unit reached 350F? but after reaching temper relays never came back on, failed relay board.
