Advised customer to monitor unit, if issues persists to schedule another appointment. Collected payment via card."

Preformed continuity test of motor harness, good continuity. Preformed ohms check of rps sensor, failed. Found failed rps sensor causing unit to not spin. Needs new rps sensor. Installed new rps sensor. Cycle tested unit. All checks good. Advised customer on regular cleaning intervals. Advised customer on using high quality detergent. Customer retained old part collected payment via ezez; used 1 6501KW2002A (RPS SENSOR) from stock"

"Customer concern is that washer would not drain and still produces burning smell. Upon arrival water in tub, Preformed drain and spin unit did drain and spin. Ohms at shifter in range. Preformed multiple drain and spins cycles no issues. Cycle tested unit with a load, could not replicate customers concerns, no mechanical or component failures at time of service."
