"Customer concern is that washer is not draining and is showing error. Pulled error codes UB,4c,ub,4c,ub,dc,ub. Mechanical checks good, checked pressure hose, confirmed unit dose drain. Fill rate good. Found drain line too far into stand pipe, adjust and secured drain hose, cycle tested washer with a load no issues, preformed calibration cycle. No mechanical or component failures at time of service."

"Customer concern is that dryer does not dry clothes. Preformed airflow test, failed (red). Found vent hose crushed. Pulled unit forward from wall. Re tested airflow, failed (red). Found extreme buildup of lint in lint screen, causing unit to not be able to cool element properly, heating top of case as unit is operation. Cleared lint plug ,preformed airflow test once more vent off failed (yellow ). During testing of unit consoles will loss and regain power ,causing consoles to turn off and on repeatedly during corse of operation. Needs new control asm.
