Replaced upper oven broil element. Cycled bake and broil and both functioning properly.

Installed new broil element and control board. All checks good.

Customer concerned dishwasher giving error codes and upper rack not functioning. Cycled to test and found wash motor and drain pump to be working properly. Filter to pump clean with slight suds build up. Installed upper rack into track and checked good. No other failures found at time of service.

Customer stated dryer runs but doesn't heat. Performed diagnostics found all heating components tested good. Found power cord loose in receptacle causing loss of voltage. Advised customer on condition. All functions checked good at time of service.

Installed suspension and pressure switch. Performed full function test with load. All functions checked good at time of service.
