Customer concern is washer will not start and no buttons working. Found control lock engaged and firmware update needed. Removed control lock and updated firmware. All checks good.

Installed new inlet valves. All checks good.

Came to install new inlet valves. Found that one of the solenoids on new quad valve was broken out of the box and unable to be installed. Need new quad valve.; ordrng 1 5220FR2008F (Inlet valve quadruple)

"Customer concern is washer giving a 'water unavailable' randomly. Ran full test cycle and found unit giving error for water unavailable. Checked service valves, no issue. Needs new inlet valves.; ordrng 1 5220FR2006H (Inlet valve single) and 1 5220FR2008F (Inlet valve quadruple)"

Customer concern of inlet valve not closing and causing overflow. Installed inlet vavle previously ordered by Sears. All checks good.
