I had a terrific experience with this company. The inner glass of a double oven broke, and the part was unavailable to most of the companies that I called, but RPS found it. Joni kept me well informed of the process from the status of ordering the part to an online update of where I was in the order of service calls on that day. Patrick was efficient and knowledgeable. I wrote an unsolicited recommendation to RPS on my own Facebook account because I was so impressed and I am happy to add my endorsement to this process .
