Cstated washer wouldn't drain or unlock door. Performed diagnostics found clogged pump. . Cleaned out foreign debris and performed multiple function and leak tests. All functions checked good at time of service.

Customer stated washer would not complete cycle. Performed function test with load. Washer operating correctly att time of service. Possible out of balance condition. Leveled washer and advised customer on load size and out of balance condition.

Customer stated dishwasher stopped running and didn't drain. Performed diagnostics found supply voltage problem. Customer needs electrician to correct supply voltage.

Customer stated washer failed to turn on. Prior diagnosis was performed attributingt main control.failure. Washer at time of service is working to manufactures specifications. Advised customer to continue to use washer for now. If washer fails to power on in the future main control needs to be replaced with noise filter. All functions checked good at time of service.
