Replaced heater thermostat and thermistor. Performed multiple function tests after repair. Cycle temps check good. Customer instruction preformed on cycle selection and temperature.

Customer stated dryer is damaging clothes. Preformed diagnostics found dryer airflow is good. Performed heat cycle test and found heater is staying on for over five minutes without cycling. Heating element with thermostats needs replacing with a new thermistor. Rear vent cover has meteral burned onto it and also needs replacing.
