Customer concern is control panel frozen and they couldnt start unit. After unplugging they said unit reset and has been working. Tested unit. Found no issues at time of service.

Replaced control panel. Tested timer and preheat. All sounds now working.

Customer concern is unit not beeping when timer dompne or when dome preheating. Tested functions and checked sound settings. Set correctly and still no sound. Need touch panel for speaker. ; ordrng 1 WB27X40490 (Touch panel)
