Customer concern is unit not spinning or washing. Found bearing failed causing oil to leak to bottom of unit. Damaged mechanical parts on gearcase. Will need overhaul. ; ordrng 1 WH45X24615 (washing machine 24 l)

Customer concern is unit has intermittent gas smell. Did not smell any gas while testing. Replaced gas valve coils due to gas and drying issues. Tested. Unit checks good. ; used 1 279834 (2 COIL GAS VALVE SET) from stock

Customer concern is unit heats but intermittently doesn't dry. Tested unit. Heating good. Unit was on low heat on arrival. Unit passed vent test but could not find vent exit. Still recommend customer check vent exit for clog. Instructed customer on load size and different cycles. Found no issues.
