Customer concern is that the dryer does not turn on at all. Found good volts coming from the outlet. Found unit wired wrong had to move ground wire to correct position.

"Customer concern is bad smell on laundry. Customer states that it only happened twice. Upon arrival, no smell detected. Cycle tested unit with both hot and cold water no smell detected. I did find full length of the drain hose inserted into stand pipe with no zip tie. Re installed drain hose 5o proper lenth and secured with zip tie. No smells detected. Unit functioning as designed."
