Customer concern is unit not draining. long drain error stored. Found multiple kinks in drain hose. There is a rubber drain hose installed on unit. Customer will need to get a plastic drain hose installed. Normal drain hose that comes with unit too short.

Customer concern is unit not spinning. On arrival unit was stuck in cycle. Canceled cycle. Checked errors. No errors stored. Ran diagnostic cycle and recalibrated. Found no mechanical issues. Instructed customer on loading and off balance.
