Customer concern is hot cooktop and cooktop on lights stay on. Found front right and back right burner switches were open due to burned contacts in switches. Replaced switches picked up locally. Tested with customer. Unit checks good. ; pckd up 1 WP3149404 (switch-inf) and 1 WP3149400 (switch-inf)

Customer concern is cooktop glass cracked. Took pictures of glass. Will need new glass for cooktop. ; ordrng 1 DG94-01301B (Cooktop)
