They came, but it was not great service. They came to service my washing machine. It was not hooked up because we had a temporary machine we were using. They fixed my machine and didn’t even hook it up and try it out to see if it worked. Thank goodness it did. Apparently servicemen don’t move things anymore. Also, they serviced my dryer two weeks ago because it squeaked and it is still squeaking. We asked if they could look at it again and were told no because this was not a service call for the dryer and they would have to have a separate work order for the dryer. They were standing right next to it! Is this standard procedure? It seems really ridiculous! We are going to just forget about it because we are tired of dealing with this. The new refrigerator isn’t working either, and we were told they don’t do refrigeration.We will never buy a service plan again.

Highly Recommend. One thing that I really appreciate in a service company is one that will back up their service. RPS does just that. The first time they came out the problem with the washer didn't present itself. When we called back a few days later and told them the same problem was still present they were prompt in responding back to our home. This time they were able to find the problem and correct it. Jacob and other staff that I've met are very professional and really know what they're doing. At this point, RPS will definitely be my GO TO company for all of our appliance repair work. The automated appointment email doesn't work. It is sent between 6p - 7p, how many people check their emails after 5pm? The night prior email doesn't give the client ample time to notify his/her employer. If a customer missed the email to confirm the appointment, RPS doesn't call that morning to confirm the appointment as a backup. So, confirming the email does nothing, the technician will be sent out whether the client knows that there is an appointment or not. I do want to mention that the technicians are very professional and courteous. The work that Brandon did made my washer better than new.

Our front load washing machine vibrates very badly. The technicians ran the machine through a couple of tests and found nothing wrong. Said that it is the way that we load the washer. We told them that we've been using this washer for the last 3 years and haven't changed anything and it never shook like this before. The next day after the visit the washer shook so back that it walked about 1 foot. I'm not sure what to do about the washer now and will probably sell it for cheap. I was hoping that a problem could have been identified and the home warranty would cover cost. Now i'd be hard pressed to have them come out again on the warranty since it was stated that there was no problem and they instructed the homeowner on how to properly load the machine. The technicians were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable, but i'm not sure they really believed that we had a problem. Frustrating
