Installed previously ordered rollers and drum felt. Cycle tested unit. All checks good.

Customer concern is that center and RR burners are not igniting and flame is uneven. Model and serial tag is not accessible. Found burner caps dirty causing difficulty igniting gass. Needs new center and right rear caps and burners. Follow up scheduled for 06/06 10-2pm; ordrng 1 5304508441 (Cap) and 1 5304520332 (Cap) and 1 5304508442 (Cap) and 1 316438200 (Burner) and 1 5304532558 (Burner)

Customer concern is that dryer is making a noise durring operation. Found failed roller causing noise durring operation and damage to drum felt. Needs new rear rollers and drum felt. AHS to supply Requires auth. ; ordrng 2 WPW10314173 (SUPPORT)s and 1 W11189144 (SEAL)

Installed previously ordered broil element and right front surface burner. Cycle tested unit 3x. All checks good customer declined to retain old parts. Collected payment via check payment.
