Vie newfi device, found firmware update needed. Attempted to activate drain pump, failed. Preformed firmware update, Attempted to cycle test drain pump once more, failed. Cycle tested unit verified proper spin speed and operation. Verified proper agitation of basket. Found main control failing to send or receive signal voltage to drain pump, causing unit to not drain. Also found drain pump ohms out of range, causing no drain condition. Needs new main control and drain pump. Follow up visit scheduled for 1/16 8-12; ordrng 1 WH22X36638 (MAIN CONTROL BOARD FLW LE W/INSTRUCTIONS) and 1 WH11X29539 (DRAIN PUMPS & FILTER)"
