"Customer concern is that neither upper or lower oven oven heat. Model and serial tag un-legible. Verified voltage supply to unit. Found worn contacts in upper and lower ovens infinite switches, causing no heat condition on bake cycle. Found upper oven broil element functions nut produces runaway temperatures, due to failed infinite switches. Also found open bake element in upper and lower ovens, causing no heat condition. Unable to produce part numbers due to inability to read model tag. Powered off unit as broil continues to heat without imput. Advised customer not to restor power. "Customer concern is that washer is leaking and is vibrating or shaking. Upon cycle test found leak coming from drain filter, found filter cap not fully installed, secured filter cap, reset cycle tested to fill level on multiple cycles, no leaks. Cycle tested washer with a load of towels, advised customer some vibrations and shaking is normal operation. Washer is operating as designed."

"Customer concern is that washer is clicking and showing F5E3 error. F5E3 on display upon arrival, manually cycled lock to enter service mode.Pulled error codes. F5E3,F5E2,F0E5,F2E1,F5E3. Cycled lock in service mode, lid will lock but immediately shows F5E3 error, unlocks and continues to click, found latch fails to open completely causing F5E3 error needs new latch assembly. Installed new latch, cycled lock in service mode multiple times, cycle tested washer all checks good. ; used 1 W10810403 (LID LOCK ASSY) from stock"

"Customer concern is that dishwasher runs cycles 4 hours long. Customer contacted whirlpool and was advised that is normal operation. Cycle tested unit, found no mechanical defects. Advised customer length of cycles is normal operating conditions."

Installed previously ordered drain pump and inlet valve. Cycle tested unit. All checks good
