DRYER-ELECTRIC KENMORE 11061802000 Customer concern is that dryer does not heat. Found open thermal cutoff causing no heat. Replaced cutoff and high limit thermostat. Cycle tested with no vent. Good Temps and airflow. Cycle tested with vent. High Temps and poor airflow. Advised vent needs to be cleaned or repaired before use as issue will happen again. Customer loyalty discount applied. ; used 1 279816 (REPLACE THERMAL CUT OFF HI) from stock

Found no rinse aid in dishwasher, advised customer that rinse aid is required for proper wash and dry results. Also found upper and lower spray arms filled with debris. Needs new upper and lower spray arms.
