"Customer concern is that oven produces error and shows call technician roughly 20 minutesintocook cycle. Checked unit for stored error codes, none present. Performed visual inspection of unit, found drip mat covering bottom floor of oven cavity. Advised customer mat is ill Advised, per manufacturer mat can produce inadequate temperature and cause unit to produce heat errors due to restriction of air and heat flow. Preformed Cycle test of unit on bake @425, found no mechanical defect during initial function test. Preformed temperature checks without drip mat and allowing unit to run to point experiencing problems, unit triggers f1-1 error. Found main control failure due to sticking oven relay, causing oven to not heat to set temperature. Needs new main control and temp sensor. Advised customer parts show NLA.
