RPS reviews attracted me to try their services to repair my LG refrigerator ice dispenser. I found the scheduling of the appointment and the follow up by the company quite pleasing always keeping me the know on my appt and technician. I especially liked the picture of who would be completing the service call. Chad showed up in the time frame given and was highly professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and was respectful of our property. I was notified when part arrived within 2 days and requested Chad for service which they obliged. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process and the people who represent RPS. I will call again with future repairs but hopefully not too soon!

I have a GE electric range and the oven wouldn't heat. I filed a warranty claim. RPS diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and fixed the oven in under a week. Very pleased with their service.
