Customer concern is that wall oven does not produces f97 error. Cycle tested unit found unit triggers f97 error approximately 2.5 minutes into start of bake cycle. Found manufacture produced service bulletin specific to f97 error. Error caused by stuck cooling fan and board sensor miss reading or unable to determine fan speed. Found stuck cooling fan causing unit to produce f97 error. Needs new cooling fan and board sensor. Installed new fan and sensor. Cycle tested unit. All checks good.
