Customer stated left front burner wouldn't light and gas could be smelled. Performed diagnostics found burner working at time of service. Customer concernd multiple burners were trying to ignite. Explained to customer ignition system operation. All functions checked good at time of service.

Replaced drive motor and control board. Cycled washer to test and no other failures were found. Motor operation and control functions working properly.

Customer stated refrigerator not cooling properly. On arrival freezer Temps checked good and fresh food compartment warm. Pulled drawer and found fresh food evap frozen with no air flow. Customer shutting off too thaw. Possible cause of door not being completely closed.

Installed new lid strike and cycled to test. All functioning properly. No other failures detected.

"Customer concern is washer is making a clicking noise. Found cam has failed and is stripped and belt is frayed. Replaced cam and belt from truck stick. All checks good.; used 1 W10721967 (CAM), and 1 WPW10006384 (BELT) from stock"
