"Customer concern is that washer was leaking heavily. Upon arrival washer was uninstalled and removed from laundry room. Customer signed damage waiver.no obvious signs of leak. Reinstalled unit and cycle tested washer. Found small leak coming from hot water supply hose, no heavy leak found. Cycle tested washer with a load cold rinse only no leaks. Most likely drain hose had fallen out of drain spout durring cycle causing leak. Tied down drain hose, advised customer SS supply hoses need to be replaced. No mechanical or component failures at time of service.all checks good."
