Verified via service mode. Preformed temperature checks on convection bake @375,in range. Preformed temperature checks in normal bake cycle @450,in range. Apon cycle test dishwasher produced 1E error. Found water supply to dishwasher shut off and leaking when turned on. Found clogged upper srpay arm. Incoming water tempature 116.4?F. Preformed service cycle, all componets working as designed. Advised customer minium incoming water temp required is 120?F. Also advised customer leaving the dishwash door closed for consecutive days after cycle will cause mold to build up inside, advised customer on running regular cleaning cycles along with using high quality dedergent with rinse aid.
