Came to install relay and power boards. Once all mounting screws where removed the unit would not budge at all. I ran a putty knife all the way around the mounting tab on oven and microwave to ensure all screws where removed. Found that unit had been wedged into place when it was installed. Advised Customer that oven will have to be pried out of opening and could damage cabinets.
