"No one home upon arrival. Was given permission to enter with code for front door lock. Customer concern is that after washer was moved back into laundry room, it leaked and produced error code and would not spin. Cycle tested several times in rinse and spin. Also in normal. Unable to reproduce concerns at time of service. No signs of leak. Unit spinning properly. Only issue found is with wall drain stand pipe. Pipe is reduced causing drain hose to make a seal allowing water to siphon out of washer. Also standpipe is backing up as it can not keep up with the flow of water draining from washer. This will cause a leak. Advised that a plumber is needed to correct wall drain. Advised to call if issue returns."
