Pulled error codes via service mode F2E1. cleared error. Cycle tested unit preformed temperature checks good. Found No mechanical problems at time of service.

Customer concern is that dryer is not turning on. Found 240 at L1 and L2. Also found 240 at L1 and neutral Apon removel of plug outlet tested good and dryer resumed power. Internal wiring of outlet is bad. Outlet is not mounted into wall. Also dryer plug will not fit into outlet properly. Advised customer electrician is needed. Advised customer to leave dryer out let disconnected and power from breaker off. Found No mechanical problems with dryer
