"Customer concern is range smells like its leaking while being used. Opened gas line to unit. Sniffer and bubble checked all gas components while under static pressure, no leaks found. Started oven to 250 degrees and sniffer and bubble checked all gas components, no leaks found. Did notice the unit smelling like bunt gas and asked customer if that is what he smelled. Customer advised that it was the same smell but it was stronger when he used it to preheat to 450 degrees. Advised Customer that that smell is normal and it will go away once the oven is preheated. Allowed oven to preheat to 250 to show customer that the smell will dissipate once burner shuts off. All checks good. Machine functioning as designed."

"Came to install new inlet valve. When I asked if the new water line had been installed the customer stated that the plumber came and spent less than 5 minutes there and informed the customer that the issue was with the high loop. The plumber removed the high loop that was already there and re installed it. He did not do anything with the water line. I advised Customer as to why the high loop would not be the issue because the inlet vavle is leaking. Water line and supply valve will need to be replaced before inlet valve can be replaced.; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"
