Customer concern is that dishwasher intermittently leaks from front door and intermittently does not drain. No errors stored. Ran full diagnostic cycle. All components operating properly. Did find build up of suds. Suds is probable cause of intermittent leak. Cycled drain cycle x10. Unit drained every time. Unable to get unit to leak or not drain at time of service. Advised to use high quality detergent and to make sure no other detergents get into dishwasher. Performed factory reset on main control. Advised to monitor and call if issue persists.
