"Customer concern is that dryer powers on but does not tumble and run cycle. Prior to service call customer attempted to move unit forward to diagnose issues with dryer. In the process dryer vent came uninstalled from unit. Advised customer due to the limited availability of space airsled will be needed for moving washer resultingin additional $50 dollar charge. To allow sufficient space for re-installation of dryer vent. Advised customer will also need to sign waver of damages document. While diagnosing customers concern of unit not tumbling. Found worn belt, causing unit to not tumble and start cycle. Needs new belt. Installed new belt. Cleaned and Vacuumed inside of unit. Cleaned and calibrated moisture sensors. Cycle tested unit, all checks good. Utilizing airsled moved washer out of position, re-installed vent hose. Moved washer back into position.
