Customer concern is that there is detergent running down door panel from dispenser at end of cycle. Test cycled both wash speeds and all 3 nozzle outputs. Good pressure and rotation. Cycled with detergent pod. Pod dissolved in approximately 2 minutes after detergent door opened. Unable to reproduce concern at this time. Found no mechanical issues with dishwasher. Advised to make sure no dishes block water flow to dispenser. Also advised to run auto or heavy cycle for best cleaning results.
