Complaint that dryer makes noise. Worked for a few loads then started making noise again. No noise present at time of arrival. Took dryer apart. Found rear right roller shredding. Replaced both rear rollers and shafts. Cleaned and lubed rollers. All rollers spin free. Idler pulley checks good. Advised to call if issue returns. ; used 2 DC97-16782A (DRUM ROLLER) from stock

Water valve not shutting all the way allowing water to dishwasher and to leak from failed inlet valve. Removed line from water valve under sink so no water can get to leaking dishwasher valve. Advised to monitor valve under sink. If it does not shut off completely, valve should be fixed or replaced. Dried under dishwasher and in front of dishwasher. No signs of damage present. Customer has been soaking up water when present. New valve still on order. Next service 9/3 8-12; schdld next appmnt for 9/3 THU 8-12"

"Customer complaint of unit not draining. Unit full of water upon arrival. Vacuumed out excess water. Found spray arm and sump pieces detached. Reassembled sump pieces. Test cycled drain pump, unit drains. Filled and tested again, checks ok. Found sink backs up when dishwasher is draining. Advised customer they will need a plumber to fix that issue. Dishwasher functioning as designed."
