Installed new harness with pump. Performed multiple function tests after repair. All functions checked good at time of service.

Customer stated dishwasher not completing cycle. During testing found pump filter blocked and not draining. Cleared filter and still not draining and poor pump pressure. Need pump assembly and drain hose.

Customer stated washer would not complete cycle. Performed function test with load. Washer operating correctly att time of service. Possible out of balance condition. Leveled washer and advised customer on load size and out of balance condition.

Customer stated dishwasher stopped running and didn't drain. Performed diagnostics found supply voltage problem. Customer needs electrician to correct supply voltage.
