Found worn contacts in FR burner infinite switch causing center element of dual element to no heat. Preformed cycle test of oven 10x found sticking element relay, causing oven to produce runaway temperatures error. Also found cracked glasstop at front right corner. Needs new infinite switch, main board and glasstop advised customer main control is nla but is available for rebuild if sent in 4-6 week turnaround time called property owner for auth. Tenants able to reach customer via phone. Customer declined repair at this time collected diagnostic fee payment via card"
