Tech was assigned as a helper;

"Customer concern is that upper oven broil element shorted. And lower oven does not maintain set temperature. Preformed visual inspection of unit, found open broil element for upper oven. Preformed temperature checks of lower oven, upper oven all checks good. Advised customer to refer to owners manual on proper care and cleaning."

"Unable to preforme repair due to how drain line is snaked through, under and behind cabinets along with water supply line and power supply line through multiple angled twists and turns both water and power supply lines would have to be removed to allow room for drain line to fit with more the half the distance not allowing for visual of supply line route. Called Auth dept. Repair denied due to access issue, advised customer will be contacted by AHS"

Customer concern is that plumber said dishwasher is leaking. Plumber damaged inlet valve connection unable to test dishwasher. Found small hole in non oem drain hose causing leak under corner cabinet. Plumber did not tighen copper water supply causing small leak. Will adress on returm visit. Copper line may need to be replaced for installation of new inlet valve. Left water to dishwasher off. Requires auth.; ordrng 1 8269144A (6' D/W DRAIN HOSE) and 1 WPW10158389 (VALVE-INLT)

Customer concern is that dishwasher is not draining properly and is leaking. Water at rear of counter where dishwasher is located. Water supply line is copper and corroded at inlet valve. Cycle tested dishwasher no leaks. Signs of water on rear wall of cabinet behind dishwasher but no active leak found. Unit did drain to empty. Dishwasher has irregular install non-oem drain hose runs under and behind cabinets with no access to drain outlet. Advised customer plumber is needed to invetigate copper supply line.
