Replaced vent hose and confirmed dryer is heating. . Dryer ventilation tested moderate (yellow). No signs of significant lent buildup in dryer or vent extension coming out of wall. All functions checked good at time of service. ; used 1 BTD48 (4: X 8' FLEX DUCT) from stock

Customer concern is dryer will not power on. Confirmed issue. Found burn on L1 of dryer cord where it connects to terminal block. Control board only recieving 66 Vac. Tested terminal block: L1/Neutral=66vac; L2/Neutral=121vac; L1/L2=185-195vac. Advised Customer that dryer cord will need to be replaced and an electrician will be needed to correct power issues. Unable to fully test unit due to power issue.
