"Customer concern is dryer making very loud noise. Confirmed noise. Found both rear rollers worn and separated from metal insert as well as idler pulley work and squeeking. Replaced rollers and idler pulley from truck stock. All checks good.; used 2 DC97-16782A (DRUM ROLLER), and 1 DC93-00634A (IDLER ASSEMBLY) from stock"

Installed new suspension and performed function test. All functions checked good at time of service.

Customer concern is washer not spinning clothes. Ran drain and spin cycle and found unit unable to sense. Found suspension rods worn and bouncy causing unit to not be able to balance load for spin cycle. Needs new suspension rods.; ordrng 1 W11396716 (Suspension rods)

Customer stated washer made abnormal noise and didn't always spin out. Preformed diagnostics foumd slider warn out and foreign object between agitator and spin basket. Removed object and Replaced slider. Performed multiple function and spin tests after repair. All functions checked good at time of service. ; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock
