Replace micro switches and holder. Tested unit. All checks good.

"Customer concern, unit will not heat. Confirmed. Good interior light, good mag fan, no turntable. Must replace door switches. ; ordrng 2 WB24X10146 (Door switch)s and 1 WB24X10190 (Monitor sw) and 1 WB14X10049 (Switch holder)"

Customer concern is supply hose to steam inlet on dryer has bubble on it. Confirmed bubble on hose. Advised Customer that hose is part of steam kit that has to be purchased separately from unit and is not covered by warranty. No repairs done.

"Performed pm check on dryer, air flow test failed. Advised customer that vent from back of dryer to outside needs to be cleaned. Unit functioning as designed."
