"Removed dishwasher from cabinet, Installed previously ordered water inlet and main control, cycle tested unit for 15 minutes before reinstalling dishwasher under cabinet for leaks and to verify repair. All checks good."

"Customer concern is that the washer is going out of balance with small loads and keeps repeating cycle but works fine with regular loads and display had shown inlet error. Found water supply lines reversed and drain line inserted too far into stand pipe,corrected supply lines and drain hose, Cycle tested washer with a load twice, once hot fill and one cold with deep fill to verify water fill and level operation, no issues. Advised customer small loads such as single rugs will cause out of balance symptoms. Also Advised drain line inserted too far into wall can cause a siphon drain causing water level error, not mechanical or component failures at time of service."

"Customer concern is that dishwasher stopped mid cycle and is showing F8E4, water in leak tray. F8E4,FAE2. Unit will intermittently call for more water while unit is running. Possible control and fill meter error, unit is not accessible for diagnostic as cabinet is obstructing unit and legs are not able to clear flooring. Needs new control and water inlet. Advised customer unit will need to be made accessible for repair. Follow up scheduled for 09/19 8-12pm; ordrng 1 W11535094 (INLET-WATR) and 1 W11410063 (CNTRL-ELEC)"

"Customer concern is that dishwasher is constantly draining. Upon arrival dishwasher has power, awaiting wake up and cycle selection, removed leak tray, no standing water. Cycle tested dishwasher beginning at 12:05pm with no dedergent. No leaks, added customer Dedergent at 12:21pm. Still no leaks. At 12:43 Could not replicate leak or drain error. Advised customer on possible oversuds conditions and to switch to high quality detergent."
