Customer stated washer will not spin. During inspection found broken wire in harness to motor capacitor. Repaired wire and cycled to test. All other functions working properly.

Replaced door lock. Tested unit. All checks good.

Replaced main control and cycled to test. All heating good on all cycles. Energy saver on in normal and working properly.

Customer stated unit not drying clothes. During testing found dryer not working on multiple cycles. Relay chattering on main control. Unit working intermittently. Need main control. ; ordrng 1 W11133021 (CNTRL-ELEC)

Customer stated dryer takes longer than normal to dry. Performed diagnostics found eco mode turned on. Checked all functions after eco mode was turned off. All functions checked good at time of service.
