"Customer concern is that dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. Unit pulled from location and disconnected from vent prior to service visit. Preformed temperature checks vent off, in range. Replaced vernt hose. Preformed temperature checks vent on ,in range. Preformed airflow test, failed. Advised customer dryer vent duct needs to be cleaned. Also Advised customer to monitor and call if issues persist. Collected payment via ; used 1 E4E (4' 90DEG ELBOW), and 1 MFX48 (4' X 8' DUCT) from stock"

"Customer concern is that wall oven is not powering on. Found open thermal fuse causing oven not to power on. Needs new thermal fuse. Installed new fuse , verify operation of cooling fan. Wall oven installation leaves no room fpr make up air around oven causing thermal fuse to trip. Advised customer on installation issue. All checks good."

"Customer concern is that washer paused mid cycle, and wire came off unit. Found outer tub ring disengaged from door boot. Reinstalled tub ring, cycle tested unit. Found no mechanical defects. Advised customer on using high quality detergent. Also Advised customer on regular cleaning intervals."

Customer concern is that convection fan will shut off after 4 seconds and will then shut off. Installed new convection fan. Advised customer on gas range convection fan dose not run on untill pre heat twmp is reached and will turn off every time the oven calls for heat. Advised customer GE range algorims decide when to operate convection fan load. And is normal operation to hear the convetion fan turn on and off durring a cycle. All checks good.
