"Customer concern is that whenever they lose power, breaker for washer will be tripped, and now says close lid on display. No stored errors. Manual activation of lid lock failed to activate. Found failed latch causing washer not to operate. Needs new latch, installed new latch, manually tested lock several times, cycle tested washer all checks good. Advised customer issues with breaker a caused by weak gfci breaker, advised electrician is needed. All checks good. ; used 1 W11394572 (LATCH) from stock"
