Customer concern is that dishwasher is not draining all the way. Found clog in airgap. Preformed service cycle to confirm operation of drain motor. Cycle tested dishwasher all checks good.

"Customer concern is that the washer is not draining. Pulled error codes. Dc,Ub,dc,ub,Ac7,dc,ub. Manual mode verified good operations of drain pump. Spin test good, found signs of oversuds. Cycle tested washer with a load, washer wil pause at 7 minutes and will not spin. Found failed main PCB,inverter and hall sensor. Needs new main PCB, inverter and hall sensor.
