Customer stated dishwasher leaking water under sink. During testing found unit running properly but water leaking from air gap due to blockage in drain line to disposer. No dishwasher failures detected.

Customer stated dishwasher not draining. During testing found all functions of unit to be working properly. Unit fills with dirty water after unit has finished cycle due to drain hose from disposer not being looped and lower than sink.

Customer stated dishwasher leaking water. During test found water leaking from main pump assembly due to faulty main seal. Need pump and motor assembly for repair. No repair at this time.

Customer stated ice machine not producing ice. During testing found evap pump starving for water. Cycled water valve with little to no water entering machine. Good water pressure in and out of valve. After testing further found restricted water filter. Unit cycles good with filter removed. Need filter if covered by warranty. ; ordrng 1 F2WC9I1 (Filter)

Replaced motor and sump assembly. Cycled to test and no other failures detected.
