"Found fill tube insertion to valve worn preventing proper seal. Trimmed end and reinserted. Unit cycled, no leak noted."

Customer concern is dryer making loud noise. Confirmed noise. Found 2x rear rollers worn and loose causing issue. Replaced rollers from truck stock. All checks good.; used 2 DC97-16782A (DRUM ROLLER) from stock

"Customer stated dishwasher leaking water. During testing found main wash motor very noisy and water leaking from drain pump. All components rusted due to prolonged small leak. Water also failing and not functioning properly. Need sump assembly, drain pump,and valve to repair. No repair at this time."

Customer stated dryer won't heat enough on high. Performed diagnostics found house ventilation needs to be professionally cleaned. All functions checked good at time of service.

Installed agitator and performed full function test. All functions checked good at time of service.
