Installed new spray arm and reseated heater into forward braket. All checks good.

Customer stated washer will not function and displays f6e3. Performed diagnostics found fault code is a communication failure between ACU and MCU. Performed full diagnostic procedure verifying proper motor resistance through harness at acu board. Acu needs to be replaced to correct issue. Unable to test full function of washer due to failure. ; ordrng 1 W11550649 (ACU board)

Customer stated dishwasher leaks water when filling. Performed diagnostics found faulty fill hose. All other functions checked good at time of service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10195536 (Inlet water) and 1 W10878507 (Hose fill)

"Customer concern, unit makes loud howling noise during spin. Confirmed. Failed main bearing. Must replace rear outer tub, spin basket, rotor, stator bellows. Unit is uneconomical to repair. #86smbl"
