Installed new suspension and performed function test after repair. All functions checked good at time of service

Installed new UI Board. All checks good.

Customer stated unit out of balance. On arrival found unit to not be level. Adjusted leveling legs to make unit stable. Cycled in diagnostics found out of balance errors. Cycled in spin and all running smoothly with no load. Filled with water and found suspension bottomed out. Need suspension ; ordrng 1 W11400156 (Suspension)

Customer stated dishwasher became unresponsive. Performed diagnostics found communication fault. User control needs to be replaced. All other functions checked good at time of service.; ordrng 1 WD21X31910 (Ui board)

Customer stated washer still g8ves ul code. Performed diagnostics found rotor loose causing issue. Tightened up motor and performed function test with load. Washer completed cycle without faulting out.
