Installed previously ordered bake element. Cycle tested unit. All checks good

Found open bake element, causing unit to not heat to set temperature on bake setting. Needs new element. Follow up visit scheduled for 5/23 8-12; ordrng 1 W11238400 (ELMNT-BROL)"

"Customer concern is that dishwasher will over a corse of 3-4 days unit will fill. Customer also advised chrome trim comes off. Found unit back filling, caused by lack of high loop in drain hose. Also found user interface covers chrome trim comes, disengaged from display cover, causing difficulty closing door because trim contacts cabinets. Placed drain hose in Highloop position and secured with zip tie. Cycle tested unit 3x all checks good. Needs new user interface cover. Requires auth. ; ordrng 1 WD34X21699 (DISHWASHER INTERFACE COVER)"

"Installed previously ordered AHS provided main PCB and UI. Durring first cycle test u it shut down durring fill. Inlet valve ohms in range. Via service cycle multiple times all componenets operational, cycle tested dishwasher multiple times all checks good."
