Making the initial appt was quick and easy. Techs confirmed the issue and ordered the appropriate parts.
Lane arrived as scheduled. Was professional, efficient and friendly.
Repair was completed quickly and he tested to confirm it worked as well as confirmed burners and other features functioned as expected
Also I appreciated the communication and ability to see Lane’s repair stops so we knew when he was close to ours.

I will never buy a Samsung appliance ever again. Their warranty service stunk! If it weren’t for the FANTASTIC work and care of RPS Warranty work, I think I’d file a lawsuit against Samsung. RPS came in, listened to me, ran a couple of tests and found what Samsung should have found to begin with. The heating element was complete out. RPS didn’t have one on hand…totally understandable. It was the holiday season, so shipping delays…totally understandable. They profusely apologized for not having one on hand and for the delays. Excellent communication via text. Wonderful job RPS! Quality work! Didn’t rush, but we’re in and out with 30-minutes start to finish. Impressive! Thank you for doing such a good job!
